An accident set Isabel on a long journey to Vietnam. She returned to her daughter's original hometown in a desperate attempt to capture the warmth of the dead. In a circle, she found the biological mother of her adopted daughter, and the two knew each other during the journey. I didn't want to leave soon, but the pain and secrets were unexpectedly exposed to the sun. With a cool tone and a concise and restrained dialogue, the film tells a moving story of finding relatives and explores the inextricable ties among consanguinity, family and culture in the social and historical background.
