Three diamond bachelors: architect Peter (Tom Selleck Tom Selleck), artist Mike (Steve Guttenberg Steve Guttenberg) and actor Jack (Ted Danson) live together in a high-end apartment in Manhattan. However, this kind of life was broken one morning when Jack was out of town filming. Two other roommates found an abandoned baby girl at the door of the apartment. According to a note left by the abandoned, this is Jack's own daughter. Peter and Mike had to carry the baby girl into the house and began the life of being a new father. Although the two often deal with all kinds of women, it is the first time to deal with baby girls. They were scrambled and worried by the baby girl, but after a while together, their inner fatherly complex arises spontaneously.
