Based on the true story, in August 1990, when Iraq launched a war of aggression against Kuwait, Saddam Hussein ordered his troops to blatantly invade Kuwait in an attempt to turn Kuwait into Iraq's 19th province, with 170000 Indian nationals stranded in Kuwait. Ranjit, an Indian expatriate who has lived in Kuwait for many years, stepped forward and led 170000 Indian nationals to flee dangerous Kuwait.
