In 2004, the PS-12 satellite, which specializes in searching for mineral deposits, detected an unknown heat source in Area 14 of Antarctica and found traces of unknown civilizations here. In order to find out the truth before others, Charles Bishop Weeland (Lance Henriksen), the owner of the PS-12 company, immediately summoned a group of scientific elites such as Grimmy Miller (Evan Bremner) and Ewen Bremner (Sanaa Lathan) to form an expedition to advance towards Bouvi Island, which has never been touched by humans.
