Tokyo, a bustling metropolis of Japan, ushered in the annual April Fool's Day. A hospital cleaner with a communication barrier, Shintianbu (Huida Huixiang), summoned up the courage to call surgeon Gan Makino (Matsuzaka Tauri) to announce the fact that he was pregnant. Unexpectedly, the other party flatly denied that the child was related to him, but also regarded it as a bad joke, and then continued to attract bees and butterflies. In a fit of anger, Xintian went to the Italian restaurant where Makino is located, which led to great chaos that was difficult to end. On one side of the police station, Interpol Ono (Takashima Zhengshu) deals with the mysterious mother-in-law of divination. In a short day, the fate of many people has changed dramatically.
