Todd (Brad Lanflo Brad Renfro) is a 16-year-old young man who, like all boys of this age, is lively and cheerful and curious about everything in the world, but there is an innate alternative force hidden in his soul. By accident, Todd discovers an astonishing secret that the quiet town where he lives lives in Kurt, a former Nazi officer who committed numerous crimes during World War II (played by Ian McClane Ian McKellen). Todd's discovery did not frighten him. On the contrary, the throb of his heart summoned him. Todd went to Kurt to expose his hidden crimes face to face, but Todd's purpose was not to extort or expel him, but to tell him what he had done and heard during the war. Under the cruel and violent words, the heart of a demon gradually awakens.
