Shizhigong Group, a large family enterprise, plans to develop a large area of land near the Arakawa River into a high-end residential area. The president of the group, Miziji Ishimiya (also played by Takashi Uegawa), is serious and strong, ordering his son, A Hang (Lin Jiedu), an elite college student who graduated from a famous university, to find a way to demobilize the diehards who cling to the local area. Ah Xing was full of confidence, but as soon as he arrived at the Arakawa River, he was robbed by three strangely dressed men, and his pants were thrown on top of the bridge. At the critical moment, Xiao Shan (Tonggu Meiling), a beautiful girl who claims to be from Venus, helps Ah Hang and saves his life. Adhering to the family motto of "never owe a favor", A Xing is determined to repay Xiao Shan, and Xiao Shan asks to fall in love with him. In the days that followed, Ah Hang lived in the village of Chuandi, which has only 13 people but is full of strangely dressed strangers. In the process of colliding with and getting along with them, Ah Xing's inherent ideas gradually changed. This film is based on Nakamura's comic book of the same name and is an edited version of the TV film.
