The story takes place in the 1930s, the iron hoofs of Japanese imperialism resounded throughout East Asia, and in the era of surging winds and clouds, legends were staged one after another. In China, Bureau Chief Lian Xi-jin (Lee Jung-Jae), who works for the South Korean interim government, releases an Wo-woon (Chun Ji-hyun), an independent army sniper sentenced to death from prison, followed by explosives expert Huang Desan (Cui Dewen), emerging military academy graduate "rapid-fire gun" Qiu Shangwo (Cho Jin-hsiung), who ordered three men to assassinate the commander of the North Korean garrison and traitors in their own country. The dangerous operation began, but the Japanese soon received a tip about the assassination mission. In the ten-mile field where wild snakes dance, intense, exciting and intriguing contests take place alternately, and this is also a thrilling showdown about the fate of the nation. This film won the Best Picture Award of the 36th Korea Green Dragon Award in 2015.
