Universal Private Detective Agency is a small detective agency with only three staff, including President Huang Ruosi (Xu Guanwen). Because the business is not salty and Huang Ruosi is stingy and mean, the staff puffer fish (Xu Guanying) and Jiqi (Zhao Yazhi), in particular, the former has suffered a lot.
