The film is about Batman (voiced by Roger Craig Smith) and Robin United Justice League members Flash and Green Arrow against a criminal organization called Animilitia. The criminal organization is made up of a number of animal members, including silverback gorillas, cheetah women, killer crocodiles, etc., who do a lot of evil in Gotham, and there is nothing the police can do about them. And the mastermind behind the group is directed at Batman's old enemy and Gotham's powerful underworld mogul Penguin (voiced by Dana Snyder). In addition to Animilitia, Batman has to face the evil cyber animal robot newly invented by Oswald businessmen, and a group of criminal evil forces once again gather in Gotham.
