A large-scale strike is taking place in London, and British hospitals have been hit, although they have not stopped working completely. Just before the anniversary celebration of the hospital, Dean Pat asked his assistant, Boris, to deal with the people who were quarrelling with the strike, while preparing for the upcoming celebration. Miller, the hospital's most famous professor, has been secretly conducting an experiment to transform the human body and brain. He plans to launch his own research during the celebration and is in a hurry to make final preparations. Spy Mick sneaks into the hospital with a miniature camera. It is Professor Miller's experiment he is investigating. Two colleagues outside monitor the signal, waiting for his results. When the professor's experiment was about to begin, Bush, an undercover nurse next to Mick, signaled to him that Mick sneaked into the experimental building and saw that a large-scale surgical rehearsal was taking place in the operating room. The two aides who met Mick outside were watching the TV news of the strike intently, not noticing that Mick was close to danger. Dean Pat is having a meeting with General John, who is in charge of security on the Preparatory Committee, and a medical celebrity from Paris. Boris comes to report the kitchen strike. Pat is in a hurry.
