To escape the suffocating hustle and bustle of life, Cooper (Dennis Quaid Dennis Quaid) and his wife Lear (Sharon Stone Sharon Stone) move from the busy metropolis to the sparsely populated suburbs of New York, where they move into Lengchuan Manor. Once upon a time, here was decorated magnificently, all kinds of celebrities in and out of it, very lively. But with the passage of time, the manor gradually deserted because it was left unrepaired. Cooper and Lear believed that their unremitting efforts could restore the estate to its former glory, and at the same time, the couple found that their neighbors were lucky to be easy-going people. Dale (Stephen Dorf Stephen Dorff) is the original owner of the manor. After getting out of prison, he returns to the land that belongs to him. On the surface, Dale promised to help Cooper and Lear fix the estate, but on the inside, he had other plans.
