This film, starring Ni Kuang, actor Dixie and Jiang Dazheng, is co-directed by three actors, namely, the actor, the master and the afternoon star, and tells the story of the life of a man born in the sea. The governor of Shuiyang of the Qing Dynasty dispatched the teenager Jun Hu Zi (Jiang Dazheng) to take charge of the location of the first hideout. Bao Tsai (Di Yi), one of the four heavenly kings of Yi Yi on the sea, was broken and hidden by Hu Yun. When the two men met, they all showed sympathy for each other, and the police were not allowed to run away from each other.
