Shuimu (Aichuan Xiang) grew up in an orphanage on Zhifuli Island in the Yinqi Islands. As a teenager, he made a group of good friends there. As an adult, Shuimu became a bounty killer in the underworld. One day, he was hired by Motian team to assassinate Arakawa team leader. But during the operation, the target was killed by another killer's gun. Shuimu found that the killer was very similar to his childhood partner Gongzhou (bamboo internal force). After some investigation, Shuimu followed Gongzhou back to Zhifuli Island and met with his childhood friends, and several good friends had a good time. At the same time, Tokyo is shrouded in a series of battles from various gangs. Mizuki and Miyazu decided to return to Tokyo and use the money earned from the assassination to fund poor children in developing countries.
