Four boys, born in December and living in an orphanage, were given a chance to spend a holiday at the southern seaside, enjoying a rare day of play. but a rumor ripped their friendship: a local couple planned to choose one of them for adoption. The youngest Misty (Li Komi Lee Cormie) is the first to know the news, deliberately concealing it in order to increase his chances. Spit (James Fraser James Fraser) and Sparks (Christian Byers Christian Byers) know this and begin to conspire against each other. Of the four, only Mepis (Daniel Radcliffe Daniel Radcliffe) doesn't care about adoption because he has his first love, and a local girl named "Lucy Lucy" (Theresa Palma Teresa Palmer) makes him taste the forbidden fruit for the first time, but immediately leaves him.
