Arthur (Woody Harrison Woody Harrelson) is an unskilled construction worker with a slow brain and a single-minded personality, but he is addicted to superhero comics and personal heroism, fantasizing that he is a superhero like Superman and Batman, who can have another identity to punish evil and promote good at night. So he made ridiculous wardrobe equipment with eye shadow and duct tape, and his weapons were glass beads and orange juice with no lethality, and he was often beaten black and blue by thugs when he shot.
