"Dream" is a film about the Street sleepers World Cup, which tells the story of footballer Hongda (Park Sujun), who faces the biggest crisis in his career, and a special national team player who picks up the ball for the first time in his life to challenge the Street sleepers World Cup. IU plays Li Sumin, a TV station that hastily turns Hongda into a football coach because he wants to make a football team documentary. The Street sleepers World Cup is an international football match organized by the International Street newspaper Network. The participants are all homeless street sleepers.
