This film tells the story of a Liberian refugee who fled to the Greek Aegean islands to escape the war. This young girl of illustrious birth is now penniless and struggling to survive in a foreign country. She was mired in long memories of the past, and at the same time, she accidentally met a tourist guide who was also drifting and rootless. Two women with very different cultural backgrounds have forged a friendship that nourishes their resilience to continue their lives.
