Erna i krig

Erna i krig 6.0

At the end of World War I, Jews living in the southern Jutland peninsula of Denmark were forcibly recruited by Germany. Enna, a single mother, disguised herself as a man and entered the battlefield in order to protect her innocent son. Danish director Henryk Reuben Ganz, who competed for the Golden Duke Award at the 2012 Shanghai International Film Festival with "Sorry to interrupt", teamed up with Dogma 95 film diva Trina Tihong to tell the story of a Danish version of Mulan. Based on Erin Gibson's novel of the same name, the film takes the audience back to the bloody battlefield more than a hundred years ago and experiences the cruelty of war again from the dual perspective of women and mothers. The film won the Best Actor Award at the Tallinn Night International Film Festival in 2020.
