In a city with the highest high school dropout rate, a doomed road to murder, crime and drug trafficking seems to be the only way of life for teenagers who grew up in Free City. Kenny, a young basketball star, is one of the few teenagers to shake off social constraints and ignore peer pressure to join gangs.
