Xiaodie (Lingzi Chi), who has just arrived at Kobe Port by steam boat, is taken to a drug-hiding den by female pickpocket Haomei (Makoo Aigawa) as a drug transporter and is severely tortured by underworld elements. At a critical moment, the gangster Ranji (Ryohei Uchida) who came out of prison rescued Xiaodie. Xiaodie immediately caught Haomei and learned the reason why she was mistakenly interrogated.
