Xiaozhi (voiced by Lixiang Matsumoto) and his party encountered a dangerous storm at sea and ended up on the island of Assia in the Orange Islands, where a lively celebration is about to take place. Xiaozhi accidentally met the celebration saint Flula (voiced by Ping Matsuko). Flula chose Xiao Zhi as the "commander" of the celebration, and his task was to go to Sansheng Island to find the glass ball hidden on the island. Only by collecting three glass balls can the celebration be officially opened. In this way, Xiao Zhi and his friends embarked on the journey to find the glass ball, which not only met the rockets who came to make trouble, but also was attacked by lightning birds. At the critical moment, Gillou appeared to catch the lightning bird, and then tried to catch the frozen bird. Gillou's ultimate goal was to summon the legendary god Lochia.
