Stubb opens a window to ordinary workers in eastern Germany, daily life is transformed into magical realism, and gentle love stories are temporarily turned to the level of hope. Shy and withdrawn, Christian lost his job and went to work in a wholesale market, where he was taken care of by Bruno, a father in the beverage department. Christian fell in love with Marion, who often jokes together, but Marion is married, and Christian's feelings for her don't seem to come to an end.
