This film is based on the British writer Charlotte Bronte's original book of the same name. Jane Eyre (Charlotte Gansbu Charlotte Gainsbourg), who lost her parents as a child, lives in her aunt's house, is bullied by her cousin and indifferent to her aunt from an early age, and is sent to a strict church girls' school when she is older. Jane Eyre, who grew up in a cold and stereotyped environment, did not become a psychologically twisted girl, but became independent and self-reliant, and accumulated extraordinary knowledge and accomplishment.
