The 16-year-old girl was so tired of school and family life that she ran away from home. She met the idiots on Yuhe Island, met a mobile art troupe, and joined them at one time. It's just that before long, she hit the road alone again. The girl accidentally fell on the side of the road. Kimura, a middle-aged man who sells fish for a living, took her to his home and took good care of her until she recovered safely. The girl gradually became affectionate to Kimura. Kimura was arrested by the police for taking part in gambling, and the girl kissed her the night she was released. The girl who couldn't make up her mind went home crying, only to hear on the way that Jiadai, the neighbor's girl, had committed suicide. The young girl was not so surprised by this, and she thought she might have done so if she had not left. When she returned to her home in Kimura, the two hugged tightly and began to make out, both with an inexplicable sense of security. Then the girl and Kimura formed a business of selling fish for husband and wife. In a letter to her mother, the girl wrote: "I am very satisfied with my present life. I think this is my ideal way of life." Films about young girls running away are commonplace, what they have seen and heard on the way lacks something particularly attractive, and girls' active temptation to middle-aged men is not so strong.
