This film continues the "our Story" series, the third of which began in 1979 and spanned the golden years from more than a decade to the late 1980s. Tell the story of the second generation of the Lin family who moved from Ganpang to the government house together, and experienced great changes in Singapore's environment, policy and people's livelihood. After the death of his sister, A Kun (Li Guohuang) reformed, became a German driver, and often clashed with the younger generation of nephew Shunfa because of the generation gap. In the 1980s, Singapore was implementing a number of reform policies, and A Kun was often dissatisfied with many government policies, such as the forced closure of Chinese schools and Singapore's elite system. As a result, he decided to "disagree" with the government and set up an opposition party. How will everyone's story end?
