Marx, who is eccentric and rich, is a Paris police officer with a sense of justice. There were several bank robberies in Paris in one month. There was nothing the police could do. Marx came across a gang of idle thieves. In order to suppress the arrogance of bank robbers and to save face, he went deep into the thieves and induced them to rob a bank. This film won the Best Picture, Best Actor and Special jury Award at the Seattle International Film Festival.
