Young girl Sha Zhi (Saizaki Lucky Kou Shibasaki) and her mother depend on each other, while her father (Min Tanaka Tanaka) abandons mother and daughter because he is a comrade and leaves home for many years. Sha Zhi has been living in the shadow of a broken family, but her mother also left her because of cancer. One day, a mysterious man, Haruhiko (played by J ô Odagiri Oda), comes to Sha Zhi and tells her that her father is going to die soon, hoping that she can work as a nurse in the home for the elderly and accompany her through his last days. Sha Zhi refused to forgive her father, but in order to repay her mother's debt due to illness, she came to the home for the elderly as a nurse. At first, Sha Zhi could not accept these gay old people in the old people's home, and even more unexpectedly, the handsome boy Chunyan in front of him was his father's current lover. This film exudes a faint and sentimental feeling but there is no lack of warm gay theme film, with delicate and tender strokes to depict this seemingly unforgivable taboo love. The silver-haired veteran comrades in the film also add a lot of color to the film.
