OSS 117: Rio ne répond plus

OSS 117: Rio ne répond plus 6.9

In 1967, French agent Hubert was suddenly assigned to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil to track down the whereabouts of senior Nazi officials in World War II. After several twists and turns, Hubert finally tracked down the suspect. Hubert thought he could successfully deliver a bullet, but he received new instructions that he was an important intelligence clue to obtain from him a list of French traitors who assisted the German Nazis during World War II. So Hubert had to design it secretly while planning with him. He was accompanied by Duroz, a beautiful female spy from another intelligence agency. The two men were tit-for-tat at first, but immediately turned enemies into friends after one night. Behind the scenes, Britain has a Bond 007 and France has an agent 117. And the 117 was active on the screen as early as 1949, four years before the first Bond. But the 117's strength is funny rather than gunfights and special weapons. The overall style of the film is relaxed, witty and very French. This series of spy films combines French satire with deliberate wisdom to show the spirit of French comedy to the world again. The OSS spy series, which was once popular in the 1950s and 1960s, still has a large number of die-hard fans today. New works in the series are invited.
