The young and capable Rowena Price (Halle Berry Halle Berry) is a reporter for "New York KuaiBao". She upholds justice and vengeance. Rowena was furious and quit her job after reports of a gay sex scandal in the Senate were withdrawn. That night, Rowena met Grace, a childhood friend she hadn't seen for years, but learned a week later that Grace had died an unnatural death. Before her death, Grace mentioned the name of advertising giant Harrison Hill (Bruce Willis Bruce Willis). She met this man online and had an affair. After being dumped, Grace threatened to tell Harrison's wife about her affair. Rowena determines that this is a murder, and she brings in a newspaper partner-- and an Internet expert-- Miles (Giovanni Ribisi) to assist in the investigation. A cat-and-mouse game begins.
