Goldie Horne's self-made military comedies express the new female consciousness that emerged in the early 1980s through entertaining packaging. In the film, she plays a new American woman in her early thirties. Because of two failed marriages, she no longer wants to rely on men to live, so she resolutely leaves her comfortable family and goes to the army to endure hardships. When she gradually adapted to life in the barracks, she had a chance to fall in love again, but just before she got married, she found that her future husband was not ideal, so she decided to run away and return to military life. Director Howard Ziev made the process of the heroine's military training very interesting, and Goldie Horne also worked hard. Her second half of the scene of falling in love again and considering whether to remarry has an unexpected touching effect, and has a delicate and moving portrayal of women's mentality. Goldie Horne also showed great acting skills.
