In World War I, Charles (Ronald Coleman Ronald Colman) is injured and loses his memory, and decades of life is suddenly turned into a blank sheet of paper. With confusion and despair, he meets the dancer Paula (Gloria Carson Greer Garson). After learning about Charles, Paula decisively took up the responsibility of taking care of his daily life.
