In the early days of Hong Kong, there was an influx of refugees and a mixture of dragons and snakes. Yang Qun, a native of Chaozhou, came to Hong Kong with young Xiao Feng and Ah Hua (Liu Dehua), only to find that his friend had just died, so he raised Xiao Feng, A Hua and Liang Tsai alone. A few years later, Liang Tsai (Wan Ziliang) is ignorant and addicted to gambling, resulting in a huge sum of money. Hua in order to save him was beaten and injured, and led to the pursuit of mafia bosses, desperate he asked Zhou (Zhou Runfa) for help. Zhou kept him by his side and entrusted him with an important task because of his bravery and righteousness, which made him rise to the top. Liang Zi was frivolous and impetuous, but he held a grudge against Ah Hua. Liang Tsai colluded with the gang boss to kill the Thai drug lord (Li Xiuxian) who was sheltered by Zhou. Zhou wanted to kill Liangzi for revenge, and only after Ah Hua pleaded with him could he survive. But Liang Tsai did not want to repent but wanted to kill Ah Hua, and planned to kill on Zhou's wedding day.
