An old man with a stubborn temper, Xing Qi (Park Genkun), works in a supermarket in an old city in South Korea. The boss is very young, but his business is threatened by the new supermarket in the new district. He is looking forward to redevelopment compensation to relieve him of his difficulties. Unfortunately, he is opposed by the old man alone, thus delaying the reconstruction plan of the whole old area. The old man who lives alone falls in love with Ginny (Yin Ruzhen), the mother-in-law of the neighbor's florist. The two old people want to muster up the courage to fall in love, but each other's daughter opposes. Just when the old man is worried about gain and loss, the mother-in-law's original illness begins to repeat. And a part of the past gradually came to the surface.
