Lord Vader (David Prowse) drives the resistance out of the base and sends thousands of probes to find Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill). The resistance forces ambushed the icy and snowy planet Haas. Luke was accidentally captured by the snowman during a patrol mission. After using the "Force" to escape, he fainted and heard Obi-Wan Kenobi (Alec Guinness) asking him to go to Dicke to find the Jedi knight Master Yoda for training. The Galactic Empire sends an army to attack Haas, and Han Solo (Harrison Ford) brings Chewbacca, the ape man (Peter Mayhew) Princess Leia (Carrie Fisher) and the robot C-3PO escape on the Millennium Falcon spacecraft and arrive at the Bespin Cloud City of Han Solo's old friend governor Rando Caresian (Billy Dee Williams) for a temporary stop, only to find that Rando had already reached an agreement with Lord Vader to betray Han Solo to design a trap to lure Luke.
