When the business failed and his wife went to South America to make out with the popular football star, the frustrated wine merchant took his adolescent son halfway around the world. From Denmark to Argentina, the son quickly developed his own relationship. The father watched his wife and lover fly together, thinking about where he lost his life. This seems to be a seasonal "climate change" tragicomedy, from cold and gloomy Denmark to ebullient Argentine ── wine, football, tango, hot sex ──, all the real and stereotyped impressions of the cultural differences between the two countries are played incisively and vividly, and after such a scene (in fact, more than one), the protagonists must have new insights into life and love. But the director naturally realized that he had played with too many old bastards, so he inadvertently had to sacrifice some surprises so as not to go into a stereotype. So we happily went to Argentina for a holiday without having to bear the troubles of the protagonist, no matter whether the outcome was unexpected or expected, it was not a loss, was it?
