A theft comedy film about Comic-Con was recently launched, and they also invited two Oscar nominees John Malkovich to join. The film is called Super Comic Show (Supercon) and is directed by Zak Knutson. The story is about a group of out-of-date TV stars and cartoonists who live by participating in the comic book show and decide to do something big. They target the marketer who deceives them and a big-name TV idol, planning to rob them at the comic book fair. So far, Super Comic-Con has been filmed in New Orleans. Besides John Markovich, Mike Epps of Hangover, Maggie Grace of Hurricane Rescue, Clancy Brown of Warcraft, Ryan Kwanten of True Blood and CariDee English of America's Top Model will also join.
