This film is adapted from the award-winning novel of Shinzu Keiko, a female writer praised by Runji Ito as "able to satisfy both suspense and horror fans". It tells the story that the protagonist and his family bought an ideal house, but this "Sweet Home" has become a "home of horror" because of an incredible event. In addition to bringing together many actors with great personality and charm, such as Masaisha Wada, Naisu and Yosuke Wazuka, Saito leads the audience to unveil layers of mysteries with skillful skills, excellent aesthetic presentation and wonderful narration, and go straight to the horrible and staggering truth.
