The Band

The Band 6.4

Mr. Evans is a sarcastic and competitive head of a dance company who even tries to stop at a red light on the road. For the dance troupe's upcoming global tour, he personally rehearsed the dance and directed the band to play. After painstaking rehearsals, a dancer could not stand such intense training and decided to give up, but the main reason was that she was going to get married. Evans's dance troupe is like a monastery, with the exception of him and his nephew Philips and band members, all are women. Not allowed to fall in love, get married, or even get close to men in the dance troupe, Evans runs karate classes to teach the girls how to fight back against the men they are talking to. In addition, in order to ensure that every dancer has a perfect figure, they are required to weigh themselves before each meal, and to do strenuous exercise if their weight is not up to standard. Francois, the team leader, sneaked away during a night's regular room search when she went to a cruise party to have an affair with a man. Mr. Evans heard that they were going to meet two days later. When he returned to his residence, Evans began to plan to make up lies to mislead Philip into Francois.
