Seven British elderly people in their old years traveled to Jaipur, India for a vacation. Among the seven, the understanding Evelyn (Judi Dench) Trying to live independently after the death of her husband; Justice Graham, who suffers from heart disease (Tom Wilkinson) holds secrets they can't tell; Douglas (Bill Nighy) and Joan hope to improve their rigid relationship; old naughty Norman and cute Marge are always looking forward to having sex; as for Murrell (Maggie Smith), she always seems a bit cold and mean while waiting for surgery.
