Yves lived in hiding with his sons Sylvain and Pierre. Ten years ago, after the court decided to award the child to the mother, he ran away with his son. But when the children grow up, the endless hiding deprives them of their teenage dreams. Hiding on an island on the Loire, his youngest son Sylvain met Gilda: his first sight, his first love, and the first step to his better life. The film won the "Venice Day" award at the 70th Venice International Film Festival in 2013. The inspiration of the film comes from the real people and real stories that happened in the 1990s.
