Noel Hockloft (Noel Holcroft) is a foreign-born American and an architect in New York. In Geneva, he met a respected Swiss banker who said Noel, whose father was an important economic adviser to Hitler, had been designated as the executor of a trust fund with $4.2 billion for Nazi war crimes. Guilty of Nazi war atrocities, Noel committed suicide in 1945. But in opposition to Hitler, he secretly transferred Nazi funds to a secret Swiss account.
