The film tells the story of a North Korean fisherman who crossed the border to South Korea with a problem with his fishing boat. The fisherman in the film, Zhe you, was caught by the South Korean government. Facing the South Korean investigators, he was exhausted, thinking about his family in North Korea, and only expressed his desire to go home. He was tortured by the investigator in many ways. Zhenyou, a South Korean investigator, is the only one who treats fishermen sincerely.
