Johnny was punished for dereliction of duty and asked him to escort Henk, known as a "package", back to the United States to serve his sentence. Henk was suddenly arrested by Colonel Whitaker before the conference. When Johnny was attacked at the Chicago airport, Henk was gone when he woke up. When he arrived at Henk's house, he found that the package was not the real Henk, and Johnny pulled the trigger when the fake Henk aimed his gun at the visiting Soviet leader. Unexpectedly, Whitaker arrived later, and it turned out that he was the mastermind.
