The East Rong Pavilion in Asakusa, Tokyo, is home to all kinds of people. The loafer Saburo Xiangda (Liansi Ishibashi) inadvertently found the attic running through the whole apartment, so he swam above the attic from then on to spy on the privacy of tenants for fun. Privacy secrets such as Miyamiya Minako (Miyashita Junko), a lady who committed adultery with a man dressed as a clown, missionary Endo (Kang er of the eighth generation), and female body painter Miyuki Watanabe (Watanabe Yuko), who are infatuated with the Dali style, are all revealed under the peep of Xiangtian. Soon Xiangda and Minako were attracted to each other, and their privacy games became more and more intense. The township son killed the clown when he was having an affair, while the township poisoned Endo from the ceiling. When they stirred frantically on the ceiling like snakes, disaster followed.
