On a day without warning, a sophomore in a high school, Renke Aili (Sakura Naimi), wakes up from a coma to find herself locked up in an abandoned building with 10 peers including Machimura Seiichiro. They came to an empty room and, through the content broadcast on the TV, found themselves forced into a strange game: ten "villagers" mixed with two "human wolves", and the villagers had to vote for the human wolf and kill him within a specified period of time. Failure to achieve the goal or any violation of the rules may lead to their own death. Sangzi, a friend of Aili, scoffed at this and died miserably at the moment of opening the door. This scene frightened other young people, who longed for rescue on the one hand and tried to complete the terrible game on the other. The atmosphere of terror is wanton, and life and human nature bear a great test. This film is based on the original novel by Ryo Kawakami.
