Although he has created countless amazing inventions, Wallace (voiced by Pete Selis Peter Sallis) faces the dilemma of living beyond his means. To this end, he decided to rent out the vacant room. Soon the tenant came to the door, and the arrival was a silent and cold penguin. One day, the robot pants that Wallace gave to the dog Ah Gao seemed to attract the attention of penguins. In the days that followed, the penguin was so attentive that Ah Gao felt left out, so he packed his bags and left home on a rainy night. But Gao unexpectedly found that the penguin was the most wanted criminal by the police. At the same time, Penguin uses robotic pants to start his criminal plan.
