This film is a biography of two great French symbolist poets Verren and Rambo. Most of the content is based on real historical records. In 1871, the 17-year-old poet Rambo (Leonardo DiCaprio Leonardo DiCaprio) accepted the invitation of Verlan (David Thewlis David Thewlis), who was already a famous poet, to go to Paris. At that time, Weirlan was married and his wife was rich. But he happened to be fascinated by this arrogant, strange and unruly Lambo. As a result, he left his wife and wandered to London with Rambo and lived together, leading an unrestrained and destitute life. In the crazy two years of cohabitation, the two chased each other, hurt each other, and quarreled constantly. In 1873, in the last dispute, Weierlan shot and wounded Lambo and was arrested and sentenced to two years in prison. After that, Lambo returned home alone, drifted around, experienced complicated experiences, and even sold arms, and finally died of illness in Africa at the age of 37.
