In the 1960s, U.S. forces penetrated into Asia. For this reason, the government implemented a top-secret plan-the Soldier Reproduction Project, which transformed soldiers into cold-blooded, ruthless and powerful super soldiers through drug injections and other means. As technology continued to improve, under the leadership of Dr. Robert Colin, the White Tower Project was launched again, successfully creating a more perfect second-generation super soldier. However, after an accident, 12 second-generation soldiers fled, and Dr. Colin, suspected of treason, was expelled from Eastern Europe.
