Former CIA agent Nick Landau (Rughauer) now inherits the career of his grandfather Josh and becomes a bounty hunter who specializes in hunting wanted criminals for bounty. When the Arab international terrorist Malik (Kim Simmons of the KISS Choir) detonates bombs around Los Angeles, creating an atmosphere of terror, Nick's former employer, the Central Intelligence Agency, specially recruited him to hunt down the bomb maniac. When Malik bombed two of Landau's friends, the arrest of him became a personal feud between Nick and him.
